Recommendation: Reverend Alia Aurami

I have known Alia Aurami since late 2011. I first met her in connection with the Integral Leadership Webinar and was very impressed with her prowess with Customer Relations, Technology Updates, Content Production and Operations Administration.
When an opportunity arose for Integral City to produce the Integral City 2.0 Online Conference (IC20C), it was natural for me to request Alia’s services. We were delighted that she joined us as a Core Team Member, offering a repertoire of very diverse services that contributed to the success of the conference. Alia recruited, trained and coached key volunteers.  She attended to strategic coordination of our technology platforms, enabling website updates, team communications, interview transcriptions and publication of conference proceedings. 

Alia had a strong overview of the design intentions of the conference, while being able to juggle operational functions and pay attention to the details that made a difference to a polished outcome of the month long conference.
Alia also played a special spiritual role in relation to IC20C, acting as an “Evolutionary Amplifier” (EA). In this role she worked with a peer EA to hold space for the success of the entire conference. She also offered spiritual coaching and direction to me and other team members.
Since the completion and delivery of IC20C, Alia has served in other important roles for Integral City’s Community of Practice (ICCOP). She co-facilitated at the Integral Theory Conference 2013; co-authored and edited an article and a chapter on “We-Space”; and has frequently written Blogs with deep insight relevant to Integral City’s interests in evolutionary and collective intelligence. ICCOP highly value Alia’s contribution to our monthly operational calls and our design and delivery preparations for Integral Europe Conference 2014, and Integral Theory Conference 2015.
I would highly recommend Alia’s services to integrally-informed Leaders whose work and/or organizational purpose aims to improve the world while integrating spiritual/energy processes in their operations. Everything that Alia undertakes she considers a ministry in service to the emergence of collective consciousness as humanity contributes towards Gaia’s upliftment.

I’ve known Rev. Alia Aurami for 4 years and we during that time worked on various projects, where I had a chance to appreciate her excellent qualities, as co-worker, advisor, researcher, and co-author.

Those projects included:

One of the gifts of Alia’s wisdom is her capacity to see deeply and mirror back the highest potential of all that she gets in touch with.
